All In, All Remote: How We Thrive as a Virtual Agency
Once upon a time, “collaboration” meant sharing a working space, fighting over the one working stapler, and waiting in line to use a microwave that should have been discarded ages ago.
Thankfully, we’ve evolved.
SFC Group has been fully virtual since the beginning. But for us, remote work isn’t a workaround. It’s our power move. We hustle hard and consistently deliver sharp, strategy-backed, jaw-dropping creative for brands across time zones (even if some of us prefer to do it at 2 in the morning).
So what keeps us connected? Purposeful engagement and powerful creative work.

We don’t do average virtual happy hours.
Being virtual doesn’t mean we don’t make time for one another. And it definitely doesn’t mean boring, awkward team socials.
Our virtual parties (planned by our very own Party Committee) are actually worth coming to. Think themed games, legit prizes, and a come-as-you-are vibe (wine glass and hoodie welcome). They’re technically optional, but people show up because they want the interaction and they like who they work with. Plus, it beats staying in your silo and pretending Teams chats count as human connection.

We turn our cameras on — chaos and all.
One of the perks of virtual work is the ability to have a two-minute morning routine that leads to less stress and more productivity.
Still, we like to keep our cameras on during meetings because we actually enjoy seeing one another. In the virtual world, these little on-screen moments — like baby cameos and dog pop-ins — matter.
On our team, there’s no pressure to be perfectly polished. There’s also no judgment if you’re rocking a messy bun or multitasking a baby. In fact, we encourage it (especially the babies).

We make our in-person meetups worth it.
Our in-person gatherings aren’t intended to check a box. They’re designed to be meaningful, energizing, and fun as hell.
Our real-life meetups have ranged from rolling the dice at casino nights to dressing to impress at the Pinnacle Awards to getting into big ideas at creative workshops. And after each one, we’ve walked away inspired, connected, and maybe a little over-served on carbs and chardonnay.
These moments aren’t just team-building fluff — they’re designed to spark real connection, challenge our thinking, and remind us why we chose this line of work (and the people in it). So if we ask you to pack a bag and get on a plane (like this October for our 7-year anniversary bash), it’s going to be very worth it.

We’re virtually together – and creatively unstoppable.
The real magic behind our success as a virtual agency is that we share a mission, a mindset, and a whole lot of trust. As a team, we know we can do exceptional, impactful, needle-moving creative work — and we can do it in sweatpants.
Being a virtual agency isn’t a limitation. It’s a launchpad. It allows us to hire the best people across time zones and offer unmatched flexibility where you can pick up your kid from school, throw in a load of laundry, or take a yoga class at noon. And instead of wasting your time stuck in traffic, you can take brain-boosting breaks throughout the day.
Gone are the days of “butts in seats” mentality. Our combo of trust and the ability to block our calendars helps us do our best work and have a personal life. Plus, with no physical restrictions, we can work with the best healthcare organizations from coast to coast.
At the end of the day, we’re here to do great work. And we’re doing it our way — virtually, intentionally, and with plenty of personality.
Your next big idea is just one virtual meeting away. Let’s make it happen.
