About the Role:

The Account Director will work within our vibrant and collaborative client services team building a true partnership with our clients, coordinating strategic, creative, and digital teams to develop and manage the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

With your knack for marketing strategy and account management you will be a conduit between the agency’s internal teams and the client. Your job is to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the client’s business and leverage that understanding to produce strategic plans and manage the tactical execution of marketing initiatives. Highly motivated and proactive, you will be an integral member of our service delivery team.

This position is entirely remote, though some occasional travel to team or client meetings will be required.

As an Account Director at SFC Group, you will:

  • Develop and grow strong relationships across client and internal teams
  • Support new business development and seek out and create organic growth opportunities
  • Develop strategies to ensure that clearly defined objectives, messages, and deliverables are included in all work
  • Orchestrate budgets and timelines, communicating project parameters and deadlines to a diverse team and ensuring that deadlines are met efficiently
  • Establish sound and effective working relationships and resolve conflicts or roadblocks to either the relationship or the completion of assigned projects
  • Remain flexible and accessible to clients; respond to requests in a quick and timely manner. Draft timely conference reports, briefs, and more
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative team environment
  • Conduct internal and external client presentations
  • Proactively generate business building ideas for the client and create opportunities to expand the agency’s business
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the life science and healthcare industries understanding the target audience, business model, trends, etc.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Ability to understand clients’ business goals, to think strategically and analytically
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Adept at using project management processes, tools, and software

  • Able to work extended hours when work volumes/tight deadlines demand

Skills/Experience Preferred:

  • 5-10 years of healthcare marketing agency experience (eg, pharma, diagnostics, medical devices, direct-to-physician, etc.) and knowledge of the regulatory process
  • Experience in communicating and “translating” complex scientific and technical information
  • Knowledge of Veeva platform a plus

The Project Manager will work within our vibrant and collaborative client services team building a true partnership with our clients, coordinating strategic, creative, and digital teams to develop and manage the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

Your job will be to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard. At SFC Group this means precise, high-quality, and innovative solutions that are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget for our clients.

This position is entirely remote, though some occasional travel to team or client meetings may be required. This position reports to the Client Services lead.

As a Project Manager at SFC Group, you will:

  • Ensure smooth management of projects end to end, from concepting to project roll-out, with ownership of timelines, financial reporting, resourcing, and client facing communications
  • Serve as the primary contact for projects within the agency, maintaining awareness of status, next steps, and challenges at all times
  • Optimize work of cross-functional project teams through close working relationships and strong communication
  • Operate proactively to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and all project phases are completed efficiently on time and on budget
  • Take initiative in learning/understanding each client’s products and services, culture/ethos, and strategic marketing and positioning strategy
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Leverage excellent communication skills that can be individually adapted to get the best out of all stakeholders – internal or external
  • Write clear and detailed project documentation including statements of work, estimates, change orders, and creative briefs
  • Develop project plans/timelines
  • Recognize the need for adherence to process while also possessing the flexibility to adapt to changes along the way
  • Resolve challenging project issues with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach while maintaining a positive outlook
  • Manage third party vendor contributions to projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience and/or healthcare marketing experience (e.g., pharma, diagnostics, medical devices, direct-to-physician, etc.) in an advertising agency and knowledge of the regulatory process
  • Adept at using project management processes, tools, and software; knowledge of SmartSheets and Veeva platforms a plus
  • Must be creative, innovative, and proactive
  • Must have experience independently managing projects
  • Able to work extended hours when work volumes/tight deadlines
  • Must be able to confidently and professionally communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Familiar with healthcare agency work and workflows including project initiation, requirements gathering, budgeting, project tracking and reporting, and quality assurance

As an Associate Creative Director, Copy, at SFC Group, you will:

  • Support the Executive Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations
  • Develop concepts with other creative team partners that resolve marketing problems in a fresh, unique, and original way while supporting and building the client’s brand
  • Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
  • Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts
  • Present ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively; verbalize the thoughts behind the idea and be able to relate them back to the communications objective
  • Be proactive in gaining a solid understanding of each client’s product, business, and customers
  • Meet client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in advertising; pharmaceutical/healthcare experience (required)
  • Exceptional writing skills, strong command of the English language, ability to use creativity in writing, good working knowledge of medical terminology and AMA style a plus

About the Role:

The Paid Search Manager will own and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns, driving performance against lead generation goals and client KPIs. You’ll manage all aspects of campaigns — from keyword strategy and ad copy to bids, budgets, and landing page alignment.

In this role, you’ll continuously optimize performance through testing and analysis, monitor pacing against goals, and flag risks as needed. Working cross-functionally with our talented analytics, web, and marketing teams, you’ll ensure accurate tracking and cohesive messaging while delivering clear, actionable performance insights and recommendations.

As a Paid Search Manager at SFC Group, you will:

  • Execute and optimize paid search campaigns (SEM) across Google Ads and Bing to support lead generation goals and client KPIs
  • Manage campaign elements from end-to-end, from keyword builds and ad copy to bid strategies, budgets, and landing page alignment
  • Run ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, and performance optimizations to boost conversion rates and ROI
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance against budget and KPI goals, identifying opportunities or risks and flagging when action is needed
  • Collaborate with analytics, web, and product marketing teams to ensure seamless tracking, attribution, and funnel measurement as well as messaging alignment
  • Turn data into stories by preparing and presenting campaign performance updates that include actionable insights and recommendations
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management

Qualifications we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEM experience, either agency or client-side
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads with knowledge of bid strategy frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use performance data to drive decisions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (analytics, creative, product, and web)
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO frameworks
  • Hands-on use of Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor
  • Working knowledge of reporting tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Looker Studio
  • Experience working with seven-digit budgets (required)
  • Healthcare and pharma client experience (preferred, not required)
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Programmatic DSPs (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with YouTube Ads
  • Proven ability to work remotely
