  • ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

    Your Role as an Account Executive:

    The Account Executive (AE) is our client’s champion within our organization, demonstrating strong ownership of the client’s brand and keeping the focus on the client’s success. You will work within our vibrant and collaborative client services team building true partnerships and acting as the primary liaison between the creative team and the client.

    An SFC Group AE will support our premier healthcare clients across pharma, diagnostics, device, and integrated health systems and will likely support multiple accounts simultaneously. Your job is to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the client’s business in order to drive the tactical execution of marketing initiatives and to help with the development of sound strategic plans. As the primary tactical lead, you will provide necessary direction and timelines to the team and track progress towards target milestones. In addition, the AE will be expected to manage the project manager and/or account coordinator on the team, giving them guidance on appropriate intra-agency routing and client service best practices and communication.

    This position is entirely remote, though some occasional travel to team or client meetings will be required. This position reports to the Account Director and/or the Senior Account Director on the team.

    As an Account Executive at SFC Group, you will:

    • Manage and lead the agency’s day-to-day relationships with key clients
    • Effectively focus the resources and efforts of the agency so that projects are completed to the highest standard – on time, on brief, and on budget for our clients
    • Ensure smooth management of projects end to end, from concepting to project roll-out, with ownership of timelines, financial reporting, resourcing, and client-facing communications
    • Employ a range of decision-making skills – ‘what if,’ ‘critical,’ and ‘judicious’ approaches to client initiatives
    • Demonstrate an ability to organize workload and workflow
    • Effectively present the agency’s decisions, recommendations, and creative direction to client team

    About the Role:

    The Account Director will work within our vibrant and collaborative client services team building a true partnership with our clients, coordinating strategic, creative, and digital teams to develop and manage the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously. 

    With your knack for marketing strategy and account management you will be a conduit between the agency’s internal teams and the client. Your job is to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of the client’s business and leverage that understanding to produce strategic plans and manage the tactical execution of marketing initiatives. Highly motivated and proactive, you will be an integral member of our service delivery team.

  • PROJECT MANAGER

    Your Role as a Project Manager: 

    The Project Manager will work within our vibrant and collaborative client services team building a true partnership with our clients, coordinating strategic, creative, and digital teams to develop and manage the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously. 

    Your job will be to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard. At SFC Group this means precise, high-quality, and innovative solutions that are delivered on time, on-brief and on-budget for our clients.

    This position is entirely remote, though some occasional travel to team or client meetings may be required. This position reports to the Client Services lead.

    A Project Manager at SFC Group:

    • Ensures smooth management of projects end to end, from concepting to project roll-out, with ownership of timelines, financial reporting, resourcing, and client facing communications
    • Serves as the primary contact for projects within the agency, maintaining awareness of status, next steps, and challenges at all times
    • Optimizes work of cross-functional project teams through close working relationships and strong communication
    • Operates proactively to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and all project phases are completed efficiently, on time and on budget
    • Takes initiative in learning/understanding each client’s products and services, culture/ethos and strategic marketing and positioning strategy
    • Possesses exceptional interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

    • Writes clear and detailed project documentation including statements of work, estimates, change orders and creative briefs

  • SENIOR COPY WRITER

As a result of our tremendous growth, we are adding a full-time Senior Copy Writer to our team. 

    About the Role:

    You will balance creativity with common sense as a professional communicator capable of grasping challenges and devising imaginative, on-brand solutions. You will work closely with an art partner to create compelling advertising for both domestic and global clients and with other disciplines within the agency to stay on brief, on strategy, and on budget. You will collaborate to determine concept and copy direction and interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics, translating concepts into effective messaging. You will also be called upon to contribute to brainstorming and creative brief development, support proprietary processes, and effectively present and sell agency recommendations. 

    This position is entirely remote, though some occasional travel to team or client meetings may be required. This position reports to the Executive Creative Director. 

    As a Senior Copy Writer at SFC Group, you will:

    • Develop concepts with Art Director partner that resolve marketing problems in a fresh, unique, and original way while supporting and building the client’s brand
    • Work closely with Art Director to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style
    • Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts<
    • Present ideas clearly, concisely, and effectively; verbalize the thoughts behind the idea and be able to relate them back to the communications objective
    • Be proactive in gaining a solid understanding of each client’s product, business, and customers
    • Demonstrate the ability to handle increasing independence and responsibilities and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
    • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Work with team members across departments to ensure constant communication on projects
    • Develop proper presentation skills for client-facing projects
    • Develop a working knowledge of clients’ business by reading clinical studies and trade publications

     
    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or equivalent experience
    • Five+ years in advertising; pharmaceutical/healthcare experience required
    • Exceptional writing skills, strong command of the English language, ability to use creativity in writing, good working knowledge of medical terminology and AMA style a plus
    • Strong verbal communication skills and must be able to confidently and professionally communicate with clients and internal stakeholders

    About the Role:
    We’re looking for an Account Supervisor who loves learning and wears their passion for their team and clients on their sleeve. As an Account Supervisor, you will be the primary contact for both day-to-day project work and strategic leadership for our clients. This role involves strategy, both account planning and business strategy, and project management. You will manage relationships at all levels, both internally and with key client stakeholders, and continuously work to identify opportunities for growing and moving the client and agency business forward. Candidates must be able to leverage expert knowledge of our clients’ issues and industry insights to provide useful direction—recognizing that immersion into the category and a deep understanding of our clients’ business is critical for the success of this role.
